A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for a Relief Title Assistant to work as an Assistant to assist on different residential units as needed in  leading title company in GLENDALE, CA.

The ideal candidate will have solid residential file experience and will be adaptable to working with different units and processes.

Responsibilities and Duties as a Title Assistant:

• Opening new title transactions and processing documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Completing real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing, and reviewing documents for closing requirements.
• Edit and update legal information for accuracy on final reports.
• Create CPL, PIL and supplemental letters and email to clients on request.
• Abstracting documents, reviewing existing documents and auditing for completeness and accuracy.
• Completing closing by recording and filing documents; preparing and distributing final closing statements.
• Complying with regulatory requirements by adhering and enforcing adherence to requirements.

Qualifications for a Title Assistant:

• 4+ years recent residential title experience 
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficient, Datatree, Datatrace preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills: written, telephone and in person
• Commitment to excellent client service and excellent follow-up skills
• Strong computer skills and experience working with paperless escrow processes
