A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to provide customer service and administrative support at a real estate law office in Westlake Village, CA

Responsibilities and Duties

• Reviewing goals and priorities to ensure that projects are being completed on a timely basis
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements as needed
• Maintaining and updating databases, follow up with internal and external clients for required information and documents
• Answering phones, providing customer service to internal and external clients, following through to research and resolve issues
• Preparing tracking reports for managers
• Supporting paralegals and legal staff as needed

• HS Diploma and 5 years+ of related administrative experience
• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and documents desirable
• Strong communication skills: written, in person and by telephone
• Good attention to detail
