A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to provide customer service and administrative support at a real estate law office in Westlake Village, CA
Responsibilities and Duties
- Reviewing goals and priorities to ensure that projects are being completed on a timely basis
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements as needed
- Maintaining and updating databases, follow up with internal and external clients for required information and documents
- Answering phones, providing customer service to internal and external clients, following through to research and resolve issues
- Preparing tracking reports for managers
- Supporting paralegals and legal staff as needed
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma and 5 years+ of related administrative experience
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and documents desirable
- Strong communication skills: written, in person and by telephone
- Good attention to detail
