A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for an Insurance and Contract Compliance Assistant e to be part of a successful national home builder, in West Hills CA.
Candidate will have experience in insurance compliance, and contract administration. Actively review set up documents, W9, Contracts, Licenses etc and insurance documents (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability and Auto insurance) to ensure they meet the vendor insurance requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties
Actively request contracts, W9s, insurance documents and other documents from subcontractors and professionals.
Actively request renewal insurance documents from subcontractors and/or their insurance agents.
Actively monitor insurance expiration reports to ensure renewal documents are received prior to expiration.
Must be able to work well with company personnel, subcontractors/professionals, and insurance agents/brokers daily.
Process insurance waivers as necessary.
Utilize JDE, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint as workflow systems for vendor setup and insurance compliance activities.
Ability to communicate basic insurance knowledge to subcontractors and/or their insurance agents regarding insurance documents and our insurance requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years commercial insurance experience and/or contract administration; P&C license is not required.
Knowledge of ISO and manuscript insurance forms and endorsements.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great organizational skills.
Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, JDE, DocuSign and other software programs.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy and efficiency when performing data entry tasks
