A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for a Credit Analyst, to work for a leading title company division providing credit reporting services to their mortgage client accounts.

The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans.  In addition, the analyst will verify and update credit information as requested by clients in support of the mortgage underwriting process, providing operational support to the production team through the course of the credit report supplement process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Investigates all available sources of credit and financial information.
•  Provides credit information and references for customers, loan officers, or other agencies as requested.
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete responsibilities and tasks
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Uses communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's preferred
• 0-2yrs related credit analyst work experience, reviewing credit information to qualify loan applications
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, efficiently and accurately to meet client SLA's
• Committed to following processes and procedures to problem solve and resolve issues
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
