A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a high volume accounts payable team at a title insurance company in Sherman Oaks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coding and performing data entry of invoices to proper General Ledger account numbers in system and ensuring all proper backups are attached to invoices
  • Researching discrepancies and requests for payment updates from vendors
  • Ensuring Controller approval is obtained on all invoices
  • Entering invoices and check requests into system
  • Reconciling Vendor statements
  • 2-5 years of account payable experience; title or related real estate industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of title documents, lien releases and preliminary reports desired.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills
