A Team Staffing, Southern California's locally-based staffing firm specializing in the title, escrow, mortgage and real estate industries, has an immediate opening for a client service-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide excellent service to clients in the corporate headquarters of a real estate law firm in Woodland Hills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assisting attorneys with client service, follow-up, appointment setting,and outbound calls
  • Assisting with office tasks including document preparation, preparing Excel reports and other duties
  • Providing support to the attorneys and colleagues in this busy office by meeting, greeting and assisting arriving clients and managing incoming calls
  • Scheduling meetings and company events
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and processing daily mail

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office providing high end customer service
  • High School degree required
  • Experience in law, title, escrow, mortgage, ora real estate brokerage with exposure to real estate documents and real estate transactions a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written, by telephone and in person
  • Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills; high computer literacy
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
